Create a premium fitness and wellness space that serves as both a training facility and a content studio. The design needed to embody the dynamic, high-performance ethos of the Performix brand while offering an exclusive, community-driven environment.
Performix House sought to establish a new flagship location in Los Angeles that not only catered to its members’ fitness needs but also served as a social and digital content hub. The challenge was to design a space that supported high-intensity training while integrating wellness and recovery amenities. Additionally, the space had to be visually striking to meet the expectations of members and influencers, requiring Instagram-ready moments throughout the facility.
To bring the vision to life, we collaborated closely with Mulmac Architecture & Design and KCC Build, integrating bespoke design elements and high-end finishes. The ground floor features a consultation room, a juice bar, and a comprehensive wellness area with hot and cold plunge pools, a dry sauna, and an IV lounge. The second level hosts an expansive fitness floor with a dedicated turf area for personalized training. The locker rooms were designed with dark stone countertops and custom back-lit mirrors, enhancing the sophisticated atmosphere. The overall aesthetic balances sleek, modern elements with functional design tailored to performance.
The completed space is a seamless blend of luxury and functionality. The wellness and recovery amenities complement the intense training areas, offering a holistic experience for members. Personalized lockers, advanced equipment, and premium finishes reflect the brand’s commitment to quality and exclusivity. Performix House LA's goal was to become a go-to destination for fitness enthusiasts, influencers, and trainers seeking a space that embodies both peak performance and content creation, reinforcing the brand’s image as a leader in high-end fitness.
